• Room may not guarantee for early arrivals unless pre-reserved from the previous night. • Late CHECK OUT [After 11.00 AM] is chargeable and strictly subject to availability. Till 5.00 PM half day charge applicable & after 5.00 PM full day Charge applicable. • The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay. • Storing articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited. • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible. • Guests are requested to observe the government of Bangladesh rules and regulations enforced from time to time with respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc. • Pets are not allowed. • The management reserves to itself the right to add or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules without prior notification.

Peak Season (December-January):
1. 10 days or more : No Charge. 2. Between 9-7 days : 50% of booking value. 3. Less then 7 days or no shows : Full duration of Booking will be charged.
Regular Season (All Months except Above):
1. Cancellation 7 Days or more - No charge. 2. Less then 7 days but more then 3 days - First night room charge 3. 3 days or less - Full booking charge.
